These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on www.nillestudio.com owned and operated by:

1. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT (moms), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may also be displayed in EUR for customers outside Denmark. Payments are processed in DKK unless otherwise specified at checkout.

The total amount, including shipping costs, will be clearly shown before you complete your order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Payment is charged at the time of order placement unless otherwise stated (e.g. pre-orders).

All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. Only our authorized payment provider has access to your card data.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

2. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders.

You will receive an order confirmation by email once your purchase is completed.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount will be refunded.

Purchases are intended for personal use and not for resale.

3. Delivery (EU)

We ship with trusted carriers such as GLS, PostNord, or similar. We deliver within Denmark and selected EU countries as shown at checkout. Shipping costs appear during checkout.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. If you have not received your parcel within 5–7 business days, please contact us at contact@nillestudio.com.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon physical delivery to you or a person designated by you. Until delivery, we bear the risk.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Outside EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom) are delivered under DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms®.

If you order from outside the EU, your shipment may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

If such charges are not paid, the parcel may be held or returned. We have no control over this process. By ordering from outside the EU, you accept responsibility for these charges.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).

The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact contact@nillestudio.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging and hangtags.

If an item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine it, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Certain items, such as underwear, base layers, or other intimate apparel, cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

6. Exchange

Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. Please contact contact@nillestudio.com for assistance.

7. Warranty (Reklamationsret)

You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) covering manufacturing defects or material faults present at delivery.

If you discover a defect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

If the claim is valid, we will cover return shipping and repair, replace, or refund the item. If the claim is not valid, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

8. Product Information

We strive to present all products as accurately as possible.

However, colour shades and details may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and device display settings.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, or adjust prices without prior notice.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, or transport disruptions.

10. Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us at contact@nillestudio.com. We will always aim to resolve matters directly and fairly.

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
