Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or washed cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please email: contact@nillestudio.com. Include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos attached. We will make it right.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your item, please return it and place a new order.
